At the heart of any successful project are its people and after many years of experience we believe we have a great teAuckland Builder - Home Imageam behind us.

Paul is the face and name behind Mravicich Residential and is onsite as the project manager and key liaison between clients, architects and subcontractors. Paul has been building for the last 20 years with a wealth of experience from Bungalow & Villa renovations through to brand new architecturally designed homes.

We have established a trusted network of sub-contractors which is imperative when coordinating work to be achieved in a set time frame and with quality we expect. Whether it be painting, tiling, plumbing or electrical we can supply and manage all trades.

We offer full-contract or labour only terms.

Registered Master Builder

Mravicich Residential is a member of Registered Master Builders Federation. This means that we are able to provide a Master Build 7 or 10 year guarantee for work that we complete. Please see the Master Builder website for details.
